The guy who changed out my tires bent my rim with the machine on the inside not knowing what he was doing but luckily I had my father with me and he talked to the manager and explained to him that by Texas law you can’t sell tire to someone with a broken rim and I didn’t have this issue until I had my visit at the location, the manager agreed to give the affected tire for free and I was still forced to go to another location to have to rim repaired, for future references please make sure all workers know how to properly use the equipment so that this issue never happens to another customer.
