Alex and his manager exceptional team work and Alex without a doubt exceptional customer service and definitely take care of customers needs. Alex went above and beyond and truly a gentleman when it came to doing what's right and speaking up!This store location definitely gained a customer who can trust them in doing what's right and loyalty.

The entire team that I had contact were professional, polite and prompt. What a refreshing experience. My hat is off to the entire team here in The Colony.

The guys at Discount Tire in TC really don’t play around. They are quick and effective with helping everyone out. Even when busy they are able to be as personal and quick as any other day. The staff is the main reason I pick this location over any other.

My experience was great! Fast and effective!

I have been to this store on multiple occasions and I tend to be helped by Logan and Noah pretty often. Logan was the one that helped find me the best possible tires that would best fit my needs and I am glad he took the time to help me find better tires that were cost efficient and had a better rating than the ones I originally had. The day I got my tires installed, Noah was very helpful during the entire process, even while their system was down that morning. It finally came back up while I was there and they were able to go back to BAU. I did notice that my car did take a little longer after I noticed the tires were already completed. Noah informed me that one of the technicians broke one of my TPMS sensors and that they were replacing it which is why it took a little longer. That right there shows how much integrity and responsibility this store has, and why I continue to go back to this store, even though the Plano one is technically closer to where I live by like half a mile.

First time at this location, Joe is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He helps me to figure out the best option for my car.

I bought two tires and used Discount Tire credit card. I got 5% off and waited literally 20 minutes to get the tires on and be on my way!

Friendly staff. Got my tires replaced quickly. Only suggestion is to have a separate counter for collecting car keys and receipts as this will reduce wait time and confusion

Joel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my car in his care.

Sales person is money hunger and lack of common respect for customer. Do not visit this location to purchase tires. The ones at trinity mills and stemmons are much better. The sales here wants to charge me for rotation after I just purchased the tires. He said if I dont get the replacement insurance, he will charge me for rotation. He argued, raised voice and talked like someone on the street. Never happened at either trinity mills or stemmons and I serviced 6 of my cars at DT

Great service, but had to return to the store to get the service corrected. Wasn't pleased to learn that I needed to replace a tire 2 years after purchase when I went in for a rotation and balance. They are in the business to sell tires, so I bought one.
