Adrian and his team consisting of Alex, Barron, Davis, and Dawson not only performed the service I ordered correctly, but the five also treated me and my 1980 classic car with the upmost respect. They listened to my suggestions of how to jack up the delicate vehicle, and they found the safest placement to raise the vehicle. A previous service at another business about a week ago led me to utilize this location's services today. I explained to the manager how I believe my vehicle's previous balance service at the Hill Croft location of Discount Tire was not done well. The team at this location of Discount Tire quickly and thoroughly assessed the issue, adjusted their approach to accommodate the age of my vehicle, and I left this location of Discount Tire with a feeling of complete satisfaction and trust from Adrian and his team. I was impressed by their customer service skills, speed, professionalism, and consistently good-nature. I highly recommend this location of Discount Tire, as I will be returning to ***only*** this store for future services / repairs as needed on my 1980 classic car!

I had neglected the schedule an appointment online. In fact, it had slipped my mind that I needed to go by there for some new tires. I ended up going late on a Friday afternoon. I was quickly waited upon, Matt showed me what my options were in terms of brands and price points and helped me select new tires. I felt like I got a good deal on them and they had the car in and out in the time they estimated it would take. The store was clean. The reason I gave them an overall rating of four stars on the cleanliness is, when I opened the little refrigerator to grab a water out of it, I almost didn’t want it. Get a bucket of water with some soap and a clean rag or two and clean that thing out! It’s a tire store. Installation is dirty. It’s easy to overlook cleaning the inside of the fridge. And, how many people from how many walks of life and employees reach into that thing every day for a bottle of water? Having it there for customers is a nice touch. Unless it’s a turn off. The important piece of this review is the tire purchasing experience was excellent!
