I have dealt with Easton and Alex in the past and they have both been great! Always very professional, knowledgeable and have ensured all my needs have been exceeded on every visit! The guys are friendly, listen to what you want done, offer accurate prices and wait times, and honor military discounts and their warranties. I visited the store for two tires constantly leaking air, they were able to fix the tires and had me back on the road. Although the wait time was rather long it was a very busy time. I should have booked an appointment but I really had forgotten this feature was available. It really wasn’t too. Bad thought, the staff were very hospitable and attentive. I will continue to use Discount Tire in the future.

Jaxsen is the best! Love discount tires, used them for over a decade throughout several states and no regrets! I have never had a bad experience, never overpaid, never waited too long, and never even considered going anywhere else. Love the free air check, love the tire warranty, love the flat repairs, LOVE the military discount, all of it! I no longer panic when I have a tire situation and know exactly where to go!
