The Assistant Store Manager that assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my entire visit.

Nate is the most Customer Service professional employee. I think discount tire company has overall at all the locations. I’ve been to. When my light wasn’t going off for the TPMS he took it on his own to check it again for me and even told me that he understood what I was going through with having this issue and he told me to if I went to Honda and they told me what was wrong since they were not able to fix it that he would like to know what the results were so that way they could do better for me next time. I drove off park. The car got out. Got back in the car. Drove somewhere else and the light went out but for them to tell me it takes 40 miles for that light to come out and I’ve been there the day before is just nonsense. I feel lots of times people tell you what you wanna hear just to get rid of you and get you out the shop Instead of really trying to fix the problem. He was the most professional person. I think he deserves an upgrade or an increase in his salary because he puts a good face on discount tire company.

Staff was knowledgeable about vehicles, I am a mechanical engineer and very particular about my vehicles, and the staff did a good job. It was completed in a timely manner.
