Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Discovered my tires were in really bad shape & have an upcoming road trip Monday morning. Was able to get tires replaced in under 2 1/2 hours from initial phone call to completion. Staff were all great in helping me find right tires, keeping me up to date on progress, and being clear about what was happening throughout entire process.

in the question portion it asked it asked about wait time just wanted to make sure it was clear that , I made an online appointment and was quoted a 45 minute wait and it was done in 30 minutes. Great work by this store and team.

Cyrus - from the start to the end of my experience - was nothing short of professional & easy to work with. I called to make an appointment for my tire replacement. I’d been doing price matching in town & this price was the best. I felt supremely taken care of & was in & out in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be back when I need new tires again. I was given wrong info that I relied on from 2 of the newer customer service individuals. When I arrived for my appointment, my tires were not ordered and I was quoted prices in error. The service manager took over and approved the prices I had in writing. He checked the area stores for availability of my tires. He found tires at a close by store. Made arrangements for picking them up and asked if I could back in one hour. The manager honored the price originally quoted with a very helpful attitude, apologized for the errors, took my Jaguar in right a way and had me out the door in short order. This is a stand up company that I have used for 25 years. I will use them again in the future.
