My daughter had a blowout on the 10 and we got there 20 mins before closing. They were fast employees were very helpful. They were honest and they had us back in the road in under 20 minutes. We are grateful tonthe crew at Discount Tire!

Had tires rotated. Wish the wait was shorter but knew it would be at least an hour.

The employee was not nice to me, from the get-go he had an attitude, I was there for wheel balancing this time, And not getting tires done over there, so he seemed disappointed from the start and I explained to him that I was on the road and this thing happened suddenly so I ended up just changing the tires where I was and now I am in here just for wheel balancing, So his attitude started from that point, and he did not treat me nicely or friendly, it’s like treating you as a secondary citizen, kind of thing taking me for granted, I asked him to make sure to reset the TMS system, and still did not do it right and on top of it he did not check the tire air pressure on all 4, when I asked him he said it was already done and when I got in the car, it was not done so then I went and pulled up to a bay and had him do it even then he said that my cap on my tires are complicated so I took it off personally myself and still, he did not do all four tires. He only did two of them, later on in the day I ended up going to another tire shop to balance out the air and all the tires, this is really messed up and one of the worst visits to a Discount Tire shop that I’ve ever had in my life, I’ve been to Discount Tire all my life and been a loyal customer , but this really upset me the way he treated us .
