Cesar the sales representative and Ramon the team chief were both very helpful in explaining the tire rotation & balancing process plus equipment used. Additionally, I had a low pressure issue I had with one of my tires - a hole resulted from a screw, nail or sharp rock that penetrated the tire. Expertly fixed and with rotation complete, I was back in to my car in a speedy 39 minutes! Thanks for the education, professionalism and politeness that I always receive when coming to your 3701 E Speedway store.

Great customer service

My overall experience was great. I made an appointment and purchased online for a set of 4 new tires to be installed. Between arriving to leaving, the total time was less than an hour, though a big part of that was due to a lack of available parking spaces and employees assisting other customers before getting checked in for my appointment. Would've asked them to replace my wiper blades as well if I knew that was available, but didn't realize until I was all set and ready to go.
