Having the appointment was a good send, I got there an hour before my appointment. Just because and they got my vehicle in before my appointment time. Installed 4 tires and I was out of there

Our car was damaged while getting new tires and now we are unable to get repairs done. Getting the run around when trying to reach the insurance person who is supposed to be handling the case. Very disappointed in Discount Tires.

In the interest of not having to waste more time on this harrowing experience, I will simply repost my wife's survey response to Tucson's Discount Tire. In short, if you value your life, do not go here: This was an absolutely devastating experience. Within about a week of buying this tire from you, we had a blowout on I-10 at 80 mph on our way to a family reunion in CA. We were informed that the valve stem was not replaced and that it gave way. I was in shock and shaking, as I was driving the car alone, my husband in the other. YOU DO ONLY TIRES. My life depended on your doing a competent job with a TIRE. This is why we would choose a tire store. This is a very serious matter in my view, never having had any kind of auto repair place let us down so gravely. We were in the middle of nowhere with one place 20 miles away that could supply us with a used tire to get through our trip. I would like this reported to your corporate. It is a serious matter, and me and my family were just happy I was alive.
