The service techs lost my keys so I was stuck there for almost three hours. Manager said he would cover the cost of the alignment due to the time and stress over the lost keys but the refund never showed up in my account. Waste of time and broken promise from the manager, Charlie. Do not go to the Lemon Grove location.
