The associates at the store were friendly and professional, greeting you as you walked in. Joshua, my sales manager, was focused on my tires needs. He explained why I could not have two plugs placed in my flat tire. The nail went into the tires, and it created two holes. For safety precautions, Discount Tires would not nor could they save my tire. Joshua explained the concern by showing me my tire. Alternative tire selections were offered to me. Not knowing enough about tire threads and how they perform, I selected the wrong tires for my car. My car ran rough, not smooth. I learned that thread mileage may not provide a smooth ride. I opted to bring back the initial tire purchases, and ordered the brand specially for my Honda Accord, Ex. Overall, I had a good experience at this particular Discount Tire store.

Older store, dirty area. The outside could have been cleaned up. Fits into the neighborhood.
