I like the store. I’ve bought lots of tires through discount tires.

When my car's "service tire monitor system" came on, I took my car to Discount Tire Store, where I purchased my tires, to check the air pressure. The gentleman who helped me that day was friendly, and knowledgable and, when adjusting the pressure did not turn off the warning, recommended I book an appointment. I did so by phone, and returned to the store to address the issue (they had addressed the rear tire monitor systems last July). They inspected the car, took it in to be serviced and, within an hour and a half, it was ready. I brought my computer and was able to do work in the waiting area during that time, after which they texted me that my vehicle was finished. Very easy and straight forward!

Jose B, Jose and Adrian were all part of the whirlwind I created when I ran into the store to ask them to fix a flat with a nail - before they closed, and before I had to make a flight. They got me in and out of there so quickly I barely had time to sit down. I already was a fan of Discount Tire, but now I'm absolutely coming back for anything I can.

Top notch service from the moment I entered the parking lot, to the time I received my car. Everyone was great, Jose (checking us in) to Shane assisting us with all 4 tires and other services to the gentleman that brought my car to me once it was complete (sorry I didn't catch your name)!!! ALL TOP NOTCH and worth a Saturday morning. This is the location/spot you want to come to as you will not regret it! Shane, you were great and your assistance was very much appreciated. Had a 3:30 appt. Was told when I got there I'd be out in 45 minutes because I had made an appt. At 4:30, after I wondered about the delay, they took my car.

I came back for a tire rotation and balance. I wait for my car to be serviced. In the past it's usually about an hour. I booked online this time, expecting the usual time I brought something to read. I barely got started, and my car was finished in around 20 minutes from the moment I arrived at the store. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround time. The service people, from the front desk who checked me in to the bay mechanic who brought my car around and handed me the keys. All are professional and personable. My thanks for a job well done!

All of the employees at the Point Loma location are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I bring my vehicles back here time and time again because of the superior customer service that they unequivocally provide.
