I was really impressed with all the staff that I encountered and for Jordan‘s perseverance in getting me a partial refund of my tire purchase due to my Yokohama tires wearing out prematurely. I was in and out of the location with new tires on my car in 30 minutes.

I was very impressed with how quick I was in and out. I made am appointment to have my tire looked at because it kept loosing pressure. turned out it had a nail in it. they fixed it right away and at no cost. I was very happy. everyone was very friendly

I was on vacation and in route from California back home to Arizona. I noted a large screw in my left front tire. while fueling my vehicle. I have purchased all my tires for all my vehicles from Discount Tire for more than 20 years and I found a store in nearby Vista California. They had my tire repaired and had me back on the road in less than an hour. The entire team at this store was professional, friendly, communicated well and made me feel at home. They were very busy and I was a walk in but they treated me like I was the most important person in town. The store is clean and everyone was nice. Big Thank You to Discount Tire in Vista California. You are the reason I am loyal to Discount Tire.

The employees at the Vista location are always very helpful and polite when I visit. I tend to ask a lot of questions, but they never make me feel like I'm a bother, which I really appreciate. This location has the best customer service skills of all the repair shops i ever been to. I spoke to Juan, who was friendly and extremely smart about car repair. This store has aways had my back. I have been a customer here for 15 years. Always treated great, and in a timely way. My last visit was above and beyond. Junior discovered an issue with my car and made it right. He didn't have to, but he is a great example of Discount's professional employees. I will not go anywhere else!

Discount Tire on 1007 Service Place, Vista, CA 92084. I had made an appointment on-line. Store had a line for appointments and a line for walk ins. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of appointment and they started putting my new set of tires on my van 10 minutes later. Very efficient from Patrick (sales) to Juan (installation manager). They also matched competitors' prices.

If you want knowledgeable service advisors, hard working mechanics, a personable experience catered to you, and speedy service, include this location as THE place to go for any tire service. Needless to say, I am invested in only visiting this location moving forward for the top tier service provided. A special thank you to Juan who has set the bar exceptionally high all round, to the resilient mechanics and to the kind service advisors who were highly experienced in tackling and providing solutions quickly.

My first visit to a Discount Tire, this one located in Vista. Superb experience: Booked appointment (for the next morning), paid online, and the install time was right about 30min. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with any questions. Will definitely be back!

I don't get excited about tire stores but this location is and always has been just a great tire store. They employees are very helpful. They are honest about what you actually need and run on time.
