I received great service from Monty at this store, I woudl highly recommend him and the store. He took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and even took the spare off for me as it was causing a warning light, I did not even realize the spare had a sensor. I was very disapointed in the fact that in the spring of 2021 i bought 4 hancook tires from your store in ormond beach and went there to talk about the tires were dry rotted and they did not want to here about it.so i went to the store in daytona and the guy looked at them and he would not drive very far wiyh those tires.i had to buy 4 more tires and was not ever offerd a discount or anything to replace them.you even advertise that if your not happy with them bring them back.for that reason i may not buy from you again and i will be sure to tell every one that the service was good but you do not stand behind what you advertise.
