I've been a repeat customer here for years, because I always get friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service.

My first visit to Discount Tire was over 20 years ago when I moved to this city. It was quite satisfactory and I have never even visited another tire store since then. Good products, courteous service, and a clean store.

This past week, my husband & I bought 8 tires, 4 for our truck and 4 for our camper, very happy with the tires. Discount Tire in Gainesville, Florida is the best. We will never go anywhere else, very satisfied with the service, price and employees. Alex is the best, give them a try, you won't be disappointed...

Everyone that was working Saturday March 28th was amazing. The manager, we sadly cannot remember his name, was especially helpful. Everyone that answered the phone and that worked inside was polite, informative, and extremely helpful. We were the ones that blew a tire on our 5th wheel on I-75 and came in with the lug nuts almost falling off after the road ranger put the spare on. I am sure they will remember us! They all should be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service especially in this world today.

Went in for a tire patch and wiper blades. Charged for Wiper blades but were never put on the truck

Return customer, this time I purchased tractor tires on line, made appt got a call prior that I could come in early, dropped off my old wheels and tires, had new ones mounted and ready in an hour. Everyone was great, will continue to do business with this store. Highly recommend.
