Thanks for taking great care of me and my car ! The process was fast and easy and you solved a problem and did it quickly and efficiently ! The store was clean and comfortable to wait in.

As a retired auto technician and shop owner, this was my first purchase of tires and an alignment service from anyone besides myself. It was refreshing to see a very well run store with qualified people at every level. I had ordered Toyo tires online as well as set my installation appointment time two days prior. I was greeted after a short wait and given a projected completion time - about an hour. I asked the service advisor if I could add a 4 wheel alignment and he obliged me also saying that the additional service would obviously increase the wait time. After walking around to nearby stores and eating lunch, my wife and I returned just as the alignment tech was parking our vehicle. He handed me an alignment printout showing adjustments made to optimal factory specifications! Very impressed with Discount Tire Panama City. I’ll definitely return for my other vehicles. Five Stars all around.

The online plus store experience was so great. Ordered my tires online and set my appointment. When I got to the store they took my keys right away and said my car was next to be brought into the garage. They told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. It was ready in 40 minutes. Plus I immediately received a text when I checked in that gave me a link to check on the progress of the install. Could not have been a more pleasant experience!

Discount tires in Panama City Florida is a great place to do business. They are very professional, efficient and they go that extra mile to ensure the customers are informed. Very friendly atmosphere. I am a single female and don't feel like I'm out of place being there. I would recommend them highly!

Went to the store to get brand new tires, everybody was friendly, got out of there extremely quick. A lot quicker than the time they provided. Only problem I had was, I leave there with brand new tires put on and the air pressure in both driver side tire front and back only had 32 psi in them and they were supposed to have 36 which triggered my low air on my car. How does that happen? How do they not put the right amount of air in there and let you leave the store with low air and bring your tires? LOL wasn't that big of a deal though? I would still highly recommend this store!
