I don’t know if my windshield wipers were inspected or not. Nothing was said or noted. However, I do know that I asked them not to check the pressures of my front tires because they have a TPMS system on it and often this causes problems. However, the technician said he “had“ to check them per company policy. As a result, as I expected and explained, he didn’t get it back on right and the next morning. We woke up to 11 pounds of pressure in one of the tires he had pulled the TPMS off of. We aired it up at home, and sealed the TPMS sensor properly and have had no problem since.

FIrst time customer and had an outstanding experience. Associate how waited on my initially was highly knowledgeable and found some refunds I was due on the tires that were on my car (tires were very low mileage/less than a month old). Tires I selected had very good pricing - same or less than other low priced dealers. Service/mounting was outstanding , 8:30 appointment, dropped the car off at 8:25 and was driving home by 9:05. Tires were mounted correctly and no scratches on the rims, not even a dirt smudge. Highly recommend Discount Tires Stores and in particular the one on N Davis Hwy in Pensacola.
