New Tires and Wheel Store in Douglasville, GA 30135

Had a blowout on my way home from work and after calling for a tow truck, I called Discount Tire. I didn't need to call anyone else. I showed up, they confirmed who I was, took my keys, and got to work. From the moment my tire blew until the moment i arrived home safely with 2 new tires, we under 3 hours. That's impressive. If you want an affordable and time efficient experience, buy your tires here. I only wish they offered more repair services and I wouldn't have to go anywhere else for all my car's needs.

Reps were kind, knowledgeable and efficient! Never pushed for an upsell and assisted me with exactly what I needed! Will return in the future!

The store was under renovation, hence the lower than normal score. I have four vehicles and they all have DT tires on them. I have had vehicles serviced at their locations in four different areas of the country and the service is always consistent - exemplary.

I have been using Discount Tires for several years and each time have had nothing but the best service from the service department to the tech's. I only use the Arbor Mall location in Douglasville, since it is near my home, and these people know how to give service and make a customer happy.

Will was very nice. He greeted me as soon as I got in they were busy and he got right to me as soon as he finished up with the person ahead of me. He didn't rush me and made me feel as if I was a priority. The shop did forget to do something pertaining to my spare but, Will made sure it was handled when I came back to pick it up. He went above and beyond with his excellent customer service! I have managed a few different retail stores for 15 years and I can honestly say I wish I whould have had 10 Will's working for me! I hope you appreciate what you have in this exemplary employee and please share my gratitude with him.
