I came in for a tire change, I booked online the same morning and arrived later in the afternoon. Took around 20 minutes for my tires to get changed, was very quick and easy!

Incredible bunch of employees that will go above and beyond to keep their customers for life. There was a mishap while installing a brand new tire on my brand new wheels. I noticed a few scratches that wouldn't buff out after my tire was installed. I immediately brought it to the attention of the store manager and was expecting nothing but push back. I couldn't have been more wrong! The store manager acknowledged that the brand new wheel was indeed scratched when the tire was mounted and he immediately ordered me a new wheel without question and without pushback. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at discount tire and they have a customer for life. Keep up the amazing work guys. Customer service with today's generation is absolute garage to say the least but not at discount tire in Fort Oglethorpe, these guys stand behind their work and if a problem does happen they will take care of it and fix the issue right away. I will never shop at another tire store after this experience. The store manager and Lathan are incredible and both deserve the highest accolades as well as a healthy raise for their exceptional customer service. Thanks gentleman I truly appreciate your help and I will recommend the two of you as well as your business to anyone and everyone I know!

Above and beyond customer service. They work hard from making sure the best price is achieved to literally running out to the next car in the parking lot to be serviced. I actually look forward to my next visit just because I know the necessary appointments will be a pleasant one. From the time I arrive to when I leave, I feel valued as a customer and that they genuinely appreciate my business. I will continue to sing their praises to anyone who asks where to take their vehicle for wheels and tires.
