I’ve been doing business with Discount Tire since the 1970s. They have never let me down. Competitive prices and outstanding customer service. Jermaine at the Stone Mountain store is an absolute gem. The store’s waiting area is large but spare (What happened to the coffee machine??), but hey it’s a tire shop. The restrooms are in need of a deep clean. All things considered, a very good place to buy tires (and rims and wiper blades and alignments).

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire thanks to Jermaine. He provided outstanding customer service, was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of my vehicle. He answered my questions, treated my wheels with care, and made sure everything was done right. Jermaine truly went above and beyond, and I appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. He’s a great asset to the Discount Tire team!

All employees were extremely polite. I appreciate that tire rotation and balance is free after purchasing four tires. I will be more apt to care for my tires knowing there is not charge.
