I came in for new tires and would have forgotten to get new wiper blades. Both work well now.

Very pleased evrytime I come in the store Being a widow is hard trying to figure what to do but every one is so helpful and especially Mike, he has explained things to where I understand them. Thanks so much for having a staff that’s always so friendly. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my tires., but Discount tires.

Discount Tire has been my go-to location for anything tire related for the past 20 years. I have never had a bad experience at any Discount Tire. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They even fixed a flat on a car that had never been to their location.

Staff were professional, patient, and their expertise was evident. They greeted all the customers and did their very best to expedite the service needed. Definitely recommend this store.

Everything from start to finish was FANTASTIC! The website was easy to use and book appointment. The customer service was outstanding! There was hardly any wait.

Trying to let the store fix this problem. If not I will carry my business somewhere else.

They lie about wait time, then when you complain to the assistant manager, she will talk about you to other customers and say that you have no common sense. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Then they moved my seat, changed my settings, and leave grease all over your truck. You would think when you buy $2100 of tires you'd get better customer service.
