The sales guy was very kind and knowledgeable. Even though I think I declined the road warranty service, I ended up paying for it. And that’s okay. I was also advised to get it by the person who recommended Discount Tire to me, a business associate. So it’s cool. I was offered free alignment check. As it turned out I had 3 wheels that need some adjusting. Between the 4 brand new tires, and the alignment, Fancy handles like she used to. It trul depends on how you approach your buisness with them, If you prep via an online appt, things are quite smooth, if not it can become a bit much.
