The sales team and mechanics doing the work in the bay were all very professional and polite. The whole team worked well together. I had a nail in my tire, and it was fixed for free in a very reasonable amount of time considering I was a walk in without an appointment.

Been going to Discount for 20 years. Good service, customer friendly. Last trip made an appointment for 4 new tires. My truck was ready in 45 minutes

Normally we have outstanding customer service at Discount Tire. Today not so much, all the tires were at different pressures . It was also raining when my wife was handed the keys and was told @have a nice day “. The car was the farthest away it could be from the door, someone could have moved the car closer or walked her with a umbrella cause that’s been done before
