The staff at this store are polite and professional. I went in the store for my tire rotation and Edward at the front counter also check the tire depth to make sure they are good for the winter driving season. The work team in the garage work efficiently and get the tires balanced and rotated in less than 15 minutes. Overall, I was in the store for less than half an hour and it's a really pleasant experience to see how things can be done right if working together as a team.

This is my second tire installation at this store, i prefer to do tire change in discount tire over sams/costco. They always provide top tier service and good information.

Joel was amazing. You can tell that he strives to give great customer service. He did not upsell or pressure me into purchasing anything that I didn’t need, and he made sure I knew 100% of what I was paying for. When I returned for me appointment two days after my first visit, he remembered me by name! Aside from Joel, it was easy to get in, the store was clean and the wait time was half of what was expected. All around awesome experience.

I looked online everywhere and the best price for my car's wheel was at Discount tire. I hit a curb and bent the rim so getting a replacement for this price ws greatly appreciated.

Had a major blowout on the interstate on my large Sprinter van. The van broke AAA’s jack so I had to be towed and this location was closest to my friends’ place who put me up for the night. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and the shop was busy, they fit me in. The tires I wanted they didn’t have in stock, but they had a similar pair (perhaps an upgrade) that they gave me for the same price. They even replaced my spare with one of my tires I was removing, which was newer and in better condition. Balancing was perfect as van drove really smoothly afterward. Very happy with overall experience.

I was told there was one person in front of me when I arrived. I then waited over two hours until I had to ask about the status of my car, because at that point I saw five customers come in after me and leave before me. My keys were given to me right away, so who knows how long it was done. I did not receive and apology or anything for this major inconvenience.
