I have had great experiences everytime I have visited this store. I recommend them. They say that you have a shorter wait time if you book an appointment, but I don't understand how. There has always been a line when I get there and there is not a separate line for those who book ahead.

The employees worked very hard to take care of every customer that entered the store quickly and kindly. I would not go anywhere else for my tires.

I only take our vehicles to Discount Tire and specifically this store. The staff are professional, not pushy, and always fast.

I can’t say a bad think about any of the staff , they’re all very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. i was there twice within 4 days of each other and both times took an addition hour or two past the pick up time i was originall told but that’s the only negative thing i can say. Overall I would definitely recommend discount tire!

Always treated well and issues handled professionally.

From start to finish, Discount Tire was helpful, professional, communicative and efficient. Tire research and appointment booking/management was a breeze online with great text and email follow-ups, and the pricing was some of the best in our area. Store employees went out of their way to accommodate special requests, and confirm the requests to me before they started work on the tire replacement. They answered all questions patiently and thoroughly. With an installation appointment, I was greeted immediately, tires mounted/balanced and installed in just about an hour, and lugs hand-torqued for confidence. A coat of wheel shine was applied as well to show off the beauty of the new tires. A ready-to-mail warranty card was provided to easily register the tires. A truly exceptional shop in every way. The tires are only 2 days old, but I'm hoping for years of trouble-free use with them and have faith that Michelin and Discount Tire will stand behind their work as stated, if there are issues with either. Having compared over 12 shops or online providers before deciding to work with Discount Tire, I would say that they present the best overall solution, by far. A few had slightly better pricing, a few had slightly better hazard coverage, but as a complete package, Discount Tire "checked more boxes" than any other.

Priced just right—job done well— nearly no wait time, service completed within the hour. Real customer service— and the technicians are thorough. Great job!

The staff is amazing with quick quality service!

I had a tire with a slow leak that the dealership couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from but wanted me to buy a new tire. I chose to take my car here to have it checked as the tires didn't need to be replaced. It turned out that there was a tag on the tire that was underneath the seal when it was mounted. With the cold weather, that's where the leak was coming from. They simply removed the tag and resealed the tire. Simple and easy fix. I will definitely come here when I'm ready to replace the tires.

Tires I purchased online were not installed on my vehicle. I had called the day before my appointment it verify they had them in stock. I did not find out until after new tires were on my car that they had to install a different aize tire. Then after checking out, I went outside to find out they installed a coletely different size AND brand of tire. Very frustrating not being informed prior to the work being completed and presented with options. Manger unapologetic.

I had such a great experience at this store. I came in without a lug nut key, and they were still able to find one and take my old wheels off. I also didn't have the right wheel bolts for the new rims that I had brought to the store, and an employee helped me to find some nearby at my car's dealership. They waited for me to get the new bolts and still were able to finish the job same day.

What is good service worth? Priceless. I don't shop for tire price any more. I know I am going to get a fair price and great service.
