For new tires and rims, this seems to be a great place. For services that aren't as obvious, like tire pressure checks the service is questionable. For instance I've asked them multiple times over the years to check the spare tire prior to a long trip when getting the main tires rotated. In most cases they say it's great and only once did they comment on the age of the spare. I e suspected that a lot of the time they do not actually check it. so this last time, I did a test and I asked them to check the spare when getting the tires rotated. They came back later and said everything was great so I made a point to verify the spare was in good shape as well. They of course said it was. The problem is that there was no spare tire on that vehicle, it was an option not purchased with it so the space for it was empty. So clearly they are lying at least some of the time when they say they are performing a service. So I've generally had good experiences when buying new tires with them, but I question doing much other than that with them.
