New Tires and Wheel Store in Muncie, IN 47304

I was in and out within 45 minutes. I did order the tires online and set up appointment. My old tires were shot and alot of shaking, but with the new ones it is driving just fine. I went to get an alignment after, but he said I needed a new right tie rod and gear box going bad. A little play in the steering wheel, but it was fine for now, so didn't get alignment. As far driving, it is good and straight with the new tires. I would highly recommend Discount Tire.

I highly recommend this store. I came on a Saturday afternoon, not realizing it was close to closing time, so I started to leave. Kenny saw me leaving and asked if he could help me. I said I didn't want to bother everyone since it was close to closing time, and he said as long as customers were in the parking lot, they would stay. He immediately had an associate out to inspect my tires and give me a quote. They were fair and did not try to push more on me, but asked about my driving habits to get the best tires for me. I was prepared to return another day to get the tires put on, and they said they could do it now and within 20 minutes. (It was 5:15, and they closed at 5:00.) They had the tires on in no time, pulled my truck up to the door, and I was on my way without having to make an extra trip. All associates were professional and courteous; I would definitely go back again.

This may not be typical,, but this was my experience. I stopped in with a leaking tire a few months back. They patched my tire quickly and didn't charge me. I decided to buy some tires from them as a result. I elected to drop my car off and do some running around in the mean time. My tires were on in less than 45 minutes! I had to turn around and pick it almost immediately. Great bunch in there. Super friendly, and FAST. Not to mention they have great prices on tires. Will definitely go back for future tire purchases.
