I always have a great experience at Adrian's Discount Tire. You must see Brian, the service rep., if you want great customer service. Let's face it, no one likes to spend money on new tires, but he will find you, if possible, the best tire out there to fit your needs. I mean, the man is a miracle worker in my eyes...and I'm pretty picky. However, above the customer service, the staff works very hard to meet the time deadline(s) given when working on your vehicle, unless of course they come across some unforeseen circumstance, but that's not their fault. In fact, my husband and I bring all (5) of our vehicles there for service and would not go any place else!

Excellent customer service from Brian, he replaced my tire fast and on time.

Always great service, they have always switched my tires over every year and do a great job. As well as order new tires and put them on as needed.

This time, they took my car right in and it was basically done in 35 mins. Of course, it was only a tire rebalance/rotation and check air. But this was the shortest experience I have had here, so it was refreshing.

Brian is the most friendly worker you will ever meet. His job is in sales, and as such he recommended a higher priced tire than I was looking for, however, he was INCREDIBLY courteous and respectful as when he suggested it. He also didn't try to push the upsell on me like many salespeople would have and I find that very valuable. Ask for Brian and he won't disappoint!

Stopped there because needed to have my tires checked to see if they had enough air in each of them. The car had been setting in our garage for 8 months. then went inside because the guy said a couple of the tires were getting less tire tread. And they were, so purchased 4 new tires. That is why I was there so long. No use going all the way home and having to come back another day. Great group of guys work there.

I have been doing business with Discount Tire in Adrian for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. As each set of employees moves on the higher positions in the company, they hire equally qualified, efficient new employees to take their place. I even had a past manager, who often saw me reading books while waiting in the store, gave me the book, Six Tires, No Plan, written about Discount Tire's founder Bruce Halle. By reading the book, I could see how each employee demonstrates the great customer service model Bruce has established. I wish all businesses conducted business that way. My continued thanks to the entire team.

The team at the Adrian location really do care about customer satisfaction. The great job they did balancing my 35” tires on my Jeep Gladiator was exceptional. They are an extremely busy crew at this location, and patience is sometimes needed, but well worth it.

Was very pleased that they could put tires on my truck on a holiday weekend 10 mins to close. Was pleased and very thankful that they could help me out when Tireman down the road refused and where a higher price.

It is so rare for me to actually be comfortable in waiting for any car repair jobs, but I am at Discount Tire in Adrian Michigan. No matter what I come in for they treat me and those I see coming in and out while I wait all with respect and welcomed. I wish other companys worked as respectfully and awesomely as they do.

I appreciated the attention to detail by the staff. I was met by a team member before I fully exited my car who informed me of a non working tail light. That enabled me to get that repaired soon after my visit to Discount Tire

This was the first time I personally had to deal with tires on my car. The staff I encountered were very helpful in telling me how often I needed to check my tires and what pressure they should be. He made the comment that "He has a group of women who lost their husbands and that he would never steer them wrong. This comment made me feel comfortable and could trust your employees judgement and expertise.

I have purchased all my tires from this store since they opened. They have always provided great service and competitive pricing. I am very fussy with my rims and they have always taken the extra time not to scratch or damage them. Great Manager and Employees.
