Always helpful! As a female, I absolutely hate dealing with car issues, oil changes, etc because I always feel like people are going to try to oversell me since I don’t know much about vehicles. I’ve never once felt that way at discount tire & I will never go elsewhere!

To be honest with you I think discount tire is one of the best tire stores in my area. It seems like I forgot which one it is but they want to change your brakes I mean just way too much. I think it's Belle Tire, I went there once in the wait was so long I was like wow must have been there 6 hours.

Brenden was very helpful from the start and helped with our budget and needs. The day after I visited, I brought a friend to get new tires as well and he met us in the parking lot to make sure everything was doing good on my vehicle and immediately helped my friend with her vehicle as well. The whole staff is friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs fresh tires!

Pulling a travel trailer up North for the weekend on its first trip we blew a tire, we limped along from Vassar with an old spare tire. Nolan looked at the tire and recommended a new tire and put the other good tire on the spare that was also purchased. The wait time from when we arrived to have our service complete was over 2 hours, which is a long time to wait for a young family. Thanks to the other managers for covering, Nolan came out to change the tire right in the parking lot himself. Note it was above 90 degrees with over 90% humidity. Nolan had us back on the road within 45 minutes of pulling in to what started as a terrible trip, we arrived up north with only a short delay. Nolan saved our vacation by his quick thinking and jumping right in to get his hands dirty. Excellent customer service, not living in the area I will always remember this location next time a tire issue arises.

The Bay City store is always friendly. I have been to other DT stores but much different.
