I ordered and paid online which mad very easy in store. I just showed up at my appointment time and waited. It did take about an hour longer than they told me it would but they were very busy so it was fine. They have a great warranty and the price was about $60 less than their competitors down the street.

I was Very Happy with the service I received! Kenneth and Crew treated Me so kindly and that made my decision to Always come to this store! They were honest and worked with You! Thank You! I do appreciate Hard working people and this place was Busy but considerate with their customers, which is a GOOD THING! Again, Thank You!

First contact was unpleasant. But when the car was done and I spoke to the manager he was very nice and took the time to explain everything.

They’ll break your wheel studs and then tell you that’s how you brought it in even though you have pictures of all 5 in tact before service. I should’ve just changed my tire myself but I decided to trust the tire pros and that was a mistake. I now have more problems to solve than before I brought my car in.

I have used Discount tire for a long time. This was the first time i was disappointed. As far as i could tell, they didn't do anything. They didn't even put air in my tires even after they specifically asked me what tire pressure i usually run. I had to go somewhere else, spend more time/money (couple bucks), and do it myself. The tires where never dipped into a water bath to check for leaks, since they where still dirty and "BONE DRY" and had the same low air pressure in them when i dropped them off. And i can assume you wouldn't towel dry them off. If a "check for a leak" and a tire repair is to "cheap" or "too small of a job" for you guys now, then do not offer it. It was a waste of my time and my time off work, which now a days, is a big thing. Please do better and change your policies to let the people/paying customers know that you would prefer NOT do small jobs since they are not money makers. Disappointed....
