I’m continually amazed by the positive customer experience at Discount. Great staff. I form this opinion as much from the number of clients I hear transacting with staff while I wait for my work to be done.

I sent my wife in to have a flat repair done and the associate she dealt with inspected the tire and told her she needed a new tire and then explained why. She asked him to inspect the rest of our tires and he found that they too were very worn and needed replacing. He also looked up when we had purchased the tires we had and found we were very overdue for tires... we had purchased a set of tires rated for 50,000 miles and we had driven well over 77,000 miles on them! He was amazed that they held up so well. He gave my wife a quote for new tires and sent her on her way. We bought the tires he recommended online and had them installed that week. Thank You Discount Tire and your excellent associates for taking such good care of us throughout the years.

I went in on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday. I arrived at the appointment time and was in and out in just under an hour. I’m have been going to the chesterfield store for about 15-20 years and the staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. My whole family now uses the same store and I recommend them to everyone that asks. The visit that secured me as a customer was on a Friday evening. My vehicle was on a tow truck pulled in at 5:57,6:00 close, they took care of my vehicle installing a full set of tires. They weren’t angry or disrespectful they just completed the job. A company that does that deserves the same loyalty from me that they showed that day. Anton was the manager at that time, thanks to him and the discount tire team my family was back on the road. Ps: we were a 1 vehicle family at that time. Thank you discount you rock.

Recently, I had to go to this discount tire for an unexpected repair on a tire and even with the place being packed I was quickly waited on and shortly after given via text and estimated wait time in which I chose to stay because my back tire constantly was losing air and nobody wants to put air in a tire with the weather this cold. Despite the wait time, I chose to stay and found it very comfortable with plenty of seating, charging ports nearby for your cell phone and free WiFi. The staff was very friendly and thorough and letting me know that my tire was unable to be repaired even bringing the tire to me and explaining what was going on. Fortunately they had the same tires I had purchased on the front this spring, and had an even cheaper price I agreed with them that I would not be safe leaving on the two back tires that I had came in with, and had them change them out. Even at the end of the night I added it would probably be best to rotate the tires while I was there, they agreed , and no extra charge. I had just bought the other two and still under warranty. Unfortunately, I also had to purchase Lugnuts at first I was hesitant until they brought me the actual Lugnuts, and once again felt for the safety of myself and any passengers of that car I best replace them. All in all I never have a bad experience when I go to this discount tire and I will continue to go to this discount tire whenever I need tires.

My only issues with this store is that they frequently don't have the more atractively priced tires are out of stock and need to be ordered in a day or two. Secondly, and can't be remedied is the store location, the approach is right on the lane to enter I-94 and barely any center turn lane. Not for the faint of heart. Overall, I love shopping this store for 90% of my tire needs for my 3-4 performance and daily drivers for over 30 some years. I also love when I hear, "No Charge" for any unexpected repairs I've had.

Knowledgeable staff and the technicians are well trained. They do a great job at balancing the tires and making sure the lug nuts are torqued to vehicle specifications.

Terrible customer service. Extremely long wait times to just pickup and drop of my vehicle in which the tires were purchased online with an appointment. No customer acknowledgement whatsoever. Would not recommend.
