A warning popped up on my 2019 Encore Buick that a tire PSI was 23 as I was driving. The right front tire was affected. I called Discount Tire and got a 2: 45 p.m. appointment. It was taken care of and I was on my way an hour and 15 minutes later. All the tires were rotated and there wasn't any cost! Thank you! The two employees were great!!

Thank you Priscilla and Justin, I had a damaged wheel from Michigan roads and you guys had it repaired within an hour or so. I don't see much value in booking an online appointment for such an incident, but it is certainly nice to know your doors are open for those type of walk ins. people sometimes can't plan for such an emergency, but its always an emergency when you can't drive your vehicle. It's the business you're in. But thank you for taking care of me . I will certainly be returning at some point for your support!

Staff is friendly, and always takes care of my vehicles. That’s basically all i’m looking for. They’ve gotten me out of a few binds, and the tire certificates are worth their weight in gold.

Everyone was very helpful but I wish they would’ve told me from the beginning that it was going to be a two hour wait. My light kept coming on I went in there one day and they said I had too much air in the tires it kept coming on again I had a nail in it I didn’t know it they didn’t charge me. If somebody gets a flat tire and you come in there they don’t charge you at all love it

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I started on the side of the store where I asked questions about my tires as the guy did a free tire check. From there, I went inside for a quote. I then went to my car to check prices on line (they did advise that the tires maybe cheaper online). I ordered tires from discount tires online. They arrived the next day and I made an appointment to have them placed. They kept me aware of what was going on step by step via text messages. On the day of my appointment which was a Saturday morning, I had an approximate hour wait. But the impressive thing is that they take time with each customer answering questions, looking things up, and walking out to their car to see the vehicles and explain things. They give individual service. I left feeling pleased, and happy with the new tires and warranty on my Infiniti -not ripped off. And, I promise you I and just a neighborhood resident. I am not related to anyone at that store.

I buy ALL my tires in Gaylord and Commerce. Both stores are great and I make appointments online for services. Staff at both locations are friendly, helpful and fast. I HIGHLY recommend online appointments. No pressure, just great service.

They went out of their way to help me replace 2 tires with their relationship of the tire manufacturer at a fraction of the The Mercedes price. Plus they fixed 2 flats for me without charge. There is no reason to get tires from any other place.

This store has good sales people that will listen to what you need and give you a couple options to consider. The techs that install the tires are great and get you back on the road. I've been coming to the store for many years and I'm happy to call myself a satisfied customer.

The new on line experience is easy, efficient and followed up by the store people within 15 mins!! Justin is a real helpful person. I drove in talked to them for 10 mins while they took my car and started right away! Done with new tires in 30 mins tops!!

Every experience I’ve had has been a five star. They are honest and thorough. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We even discussed doing a co-collaboration with my son’s Clouser Mobil Detailing with Discount Tire. He’s creative and thinking about what’s best for the customer. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment (tire rotation, air pressure check). After about 5 minutes I was waited on. I was told it would take about 1/2 hour but it was finished in 16 minutes. Excellent service!

Had a slow and persistent leak in front tire. Drive 30 miles on interstate every day and needed to fix tire properly. Was serviced by Tyler in the shop. He explained the leak between tire and rim. Fixed it properly by grinding corrosion on rim. Very quick service. They let me stay in the Jeep because of my high risk for Covid. When I wanted to pay it was no charge. Great store!!

Discount tire was the third place I called when I needed new tires for my SUV. Eric, at Discount Tire on Haggerty in West Bloomfield, was absolutely the most helpful of all three, and explained the differences in the tires to me in a very clear and cheerful manner. He made it a very pleasant experience and was honest with me about one of the lines of tires being discontinued. Neither other place had revealed that to me. Also, he called back to let me know the tires were on order and exactly when they would be in. Their system uses text messages to keep you informed which were very helpful. I dropped my car off and picked it up, but I could easily have stayed there because there’s plenty of room for social distancing And it’s a very clean and bright space to wait in. Plus they were finished in record time, and they are also the only place that allows me to go back for free services such as tire rotation, tire repair, etc. I highly recommend this location and Eric. One other person helped me while I was signing in, and he was also extremely efficient and personable. A totally positive experience!

Counter person too quick to take phone calls and make a phone sale in the middle of my write up. Need a dedicated person for that task. Don't abandon your in-store paying customers.

I dropped my car off on my lunch break and was told they would text me when my car was ready, I went back to work (about 5 minutes away) started eating my lunch but before I even finished it I received a text that my car was ready!! Have used the Commerce Twp store for years to service all my vehicles. Always have received great professional service. For my most recent experience (June 2020) I appreciated the measures in place to reduce risk of COVID exposure including allowing me to drive my own car into the garage and rearranging the store to allow social distancing while waiting.

Two excellent employees, Kamani and Jayme. They were courteous and hard working and knowledable.
