It took 3 hours even when I made an appointment. Also they pressure you to buy extra coverage… when you say no they offer it at half price. Seems scammy. Wish they were just upfront that I’d be waiting so long because they kept telling me times that were incorrect when I’d check in on it. No discount was offered for the lack of keeping on appointment times.

I have used this store three times in recent history. The first two times the associate added a service plan to my order without asking. (Once for myself and once for my wife’s order.) I noticed after looking at the receipt and had to return to have it removed. This time the price was above the quoted amount and when I questioned the the associate claimed a “math error” and removed before I could see. He also quoted a price for wipers without making it clear the price was per wiper. I will not return and will tell anyone who will listen to avoid discount tire.

I had been calling discount tire for three days to try to make an appointment to get a leaky tire fixed. My tire was leaking because the valve stem was bad after three days of not being able to reach any employees by phone. I had to drive to such location to make an appointment When I came in for my appointment that was at 3:30. The gentleman in front of me had a 345 appointment they proceeded to check him in before me even though I had stated that my appointment was 15 minutes earlier than his he bought four new tires. They had his vehicle in tires installed and he was down the road 15 minutes before my vehicle was even brought in to be serviced. I was there for two hours and when I left, they didn’t even have the tire pressure and my tires properly inflated and I had to go home and do it myself.
