Store was very knowledgeable of items and was extremely friendly. I got helped right away by one of the associates. I ordered my tires online before my appointment and once I arrived it was a quick process. They helped me get a good deal on a different tire that was better than the one I originally chose online. My wait time was quoted after I checked in and it was faster than expected.

This was my first time at Discount Tire and it was amazing! I scheduled an appointment online for my tires to be checked and they found the problem within 10 minutes and had my tires changed within the next 30 minutes. Super fast, great store, friendly atmosphere. I’d highly recommend!

I used the website to purchase new tires and book the appointment to have them put on my car. When I arrived, the store was busy, but I was able to get in and out quickly because of the booked appointment. The wait time was very short in fact my car was done a half hour earlier than the wait time I was told when I arrived. I highly recommend using the website to make appointments and I feel better knowing I can bring my car back to Discount Tires for all my tire needs.

I followed the website advice and paid for my tires and made an appointment for installment. My appointment was for 4:45pm. 3 hours later with an appointment my car still wasn’t done. If you value your time over a few dollars saved it’s worth to go somewhere else.

Do not bother making an appointment, you still will have to wait 2+ hours to get your car into their service bay to have anything done, and then still the time for the fix. My tires were only 2 months old and needed to be rebalanced (purchased from Discount Tire). That happens, no issues there, but the service you receive post buying a new set of tires is sub-par at best when it comes to wait time. I get a 2 hour wait for a walk in... but when you have an appointment? I won't be back for future tires I can confirm that.

Waited almost two hours past my appointment time before work even started. Why bother scheduling an appointment. No apology was given. Unacceptable. Will never be back.
