Awesome staff! Did a great job mounting my wheels and tires. Went so far as to clean the hub before mounting, informed me I needed different lug nuts ( if the tech had not caught this my new wheels would have literally fell off!) seriously impressed with you guys. Job well done.

I came into your store expecting to spend around $200 to replace a tire. My dealer had told me they couldn't plug it because it was too deep and there was more than one. I made an appointment online and was greeted at the store by a friendly worker. He told me he would have the service technicians look at it and that it may be able to be plugged. Turns out they plugged it and I drove away paying nothing. On top of that, every worker was friendly to all of the customers while I was there. All I noticed was friendly, honest communication. The next set of tires I will buy will be from this store. I appreciate the honesty and integrity I received and observerved from your store. Thank you.

I was happy with the time it took to get new tires put on my vehicle & being able to select the type of tires based on my budget. The salespeople were friendly and welcoming and helped me make the decision on the kind of tire I wanted.

I came in and paid for tires for my wife’s car and made a Saturday appointment. My wife arrived just before 8 and was asked if there were any customers with appointments she said yes and 25 min later her car was done and she drove home great service

I am very cautious when having my truck worked on, due to having previously been taken advantage of at other companies. Discount Tire was above board, transparent, and took the time to explain why they were suggesting the service, but didn't pressure me into the purchase. Jake and his team acted with professionalism, and took extra time to explain when I was skeptical. I now recommend Discount Tire to others.

Every visit to Discount Tire is hassle-free! I’ve bought tires and wheels, and been back to repair flats or leaks, or for rotation. It’s especially cool that they balance the wheel every time they remove it from your car! Great people, great service.

Appointment was on time. Very professional staff. Great price on the TPMS sensor I needed. Less than half of what I spent at another store.

I truly enjoyed my first experience at discount tire, the price was reasonable the staff were courteous and professional I have no desire to go anywhere else for tires… Great job guys.

Broke off my lugs instead of asking me for my lug key and replaced them with mismatched lugs hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I brought it their attention they ordered me lugs assuring me they were the same as the ones I had and when they came and they gave them to me they were not even close to the ones I had and I had to reorder mine again.. I had even offered to send them the link for the correct ones and they said for me not to worry they would be the right ones.
