Ryan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my tire needs. John was also very professional and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle throughout my time there. Both were great to work with. The guys in the shop were very entertaining. We enjoyed listening to them sing along to songs and it was nice to see them having fun and enjoying what they do. The only thing missing was popcorn to go along with the entertainment, lol. A popcorn machine in the lobby would be great.

The manager really took good care of me. Would like to see a discount for disabled first respponders.

When I first walked in the door there was a lot of people. I thought I was going to be there longer than my online scheduled appointment, they were so busy it took roughly 15 minutes waiting in line before I could even check in. They were crazy busy and still performed to expectation. Job well done!!!!

Need a drop box for keys if you have scheduled online.. should be able to drop off and go

I usually book appts online but this time I arrived at opening and they worked me in very quickly, due to my situation. They were welcoming, knowledgable and professional. We have relied on Discount Tire for all of our cars for over 10 years.

Discount Tires in Belton, MO figured out the cause of an issue my truck was having in about five minutes. The Chevy dealer was not capable of figuring out the issue in 2.5 hours of trying. Chevy dealer missed out on a sale of 4 tires and 4 wheels and a good review, but I am quite sure that they do not care. Discount Tires cares, that is why I keep going back to Discount Tires even if I have a warranty through a dealer.

I always use this store for tire repairs and buying new tires. The employees in here are always awesome, friendly, helpful and quick. I rarely sit the length of the estimated wait time.

I have a small child (almost a year old) and we were able to come in and get a tire serviced and be back on our way to living our life very quickly. They provided us with an accurate timeframe on how long it would take and they were pretty busy at the time but they knocked it out quickly. I will be coming back to this location for sure. I really enjoyed getting my car serviced here!

Discount Tire is a great place to get what you need. They will check your tire pressure for free. I got a tire rotation in 20 minutes making my appointment a head of time. Very freindly staff

Kyle was very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone about the tires I purchased. I had mistakenly purchased the wrong size and he helped me get the right ones. I spoke to another young lady at the check in counter, I’m afraid I didn’t get her name, but she was also very helpful, and friendly and got me in and out quickly. Whoever the people were that performed my service should also be applauded since my service was completed much sooner than I was quoted. And finally, I didn’t catch his name but I believe his shirt said it was Austin. As I was driving away from the store I found that my car was still making a very loud screeching sound coming from the front passenger side tire. I had assumed it had something to do with the spare I had put on prior to service but was worried to hear it was still doing it when I went to leave, I immediately turned around to return to the store, and before I could even get out of my car, Austin ran out to me and said, “I know exactly what that is”. Within 5 minutes he had gotten my car up on the Jack, removed my new tire, fixed whatever was grinding against my wheel, put my wheel back on, and the issue had been resolved. I went from thinking I’d have to spend more than I could afford to fix and issue I couldn’t even describe, to having my car back to normal without having to spend another cent, and it only cost me an extra five minutes. Austin also had the kind of energy about him that any company would be lucky to have on their side. I have never been to this store before, and before my visit I begrudgingly purchased the warranty on my tires cause you never know I guess, but after how well I was treated at this store, I am super grateful to have it. As long as I live here, I will never have this kind of work on my vehicle done anywhere else.

These guys are good at their job, and seem to always have a smile on.

I showed up at Discount Tire at 5pm with my 18-yr old's car on a donut spare due to an unexpected flat of the regular tire. Discount Tire showed me how a very long screw punctured 2 holes in the tire and it was not fixable, so the tire would have to be replaced. Since I had purchased the tires at Discount Tire, along with the protection plan, I was informed that the new tire would be put on the car at no cost! They were so kind and fast! It made my day and took away the stress of the last minute unexpected situation! Highly recommend Discount Tire!

Always helpful.Unfortunately I always seem to walk in behind someone who did not make an appointment. Which is frustrating Everyone there is working there butt off, just seems like they should have a line designated for people with appointments. I would still totally recommend this location.

I had $1100 of performance tires installed last Thursday, the tech broke a TPMS but they didn’t tell me. I picked auto up and took it home then went out of town, I’m currently at the Belton MO store to see what the resolution to this will be. I’ve been a loyal Discount/American Tire customer since 2017 March, I have 3 vehicles, and all my children buy from this company as well. But I’m disturbed that they broke a TPMS and didn’t tell me. If they make it right I know I’ve been going to the right place !
