We dropped a car off for tire replacement with no appointment. It was completely done in less than two hours. The prices were the lowest among three other local tire shops. When we dropped it off, we were told they would look at a front end alignment, which in past dealings with other mechanics means I’d be paying for a service not knowing if I actually need it or not. I was surprised to get a call saying it wasn’t needed. I’m big on not being pressured into extra services as well as finding a business that doesn’t sell you products that aren’t needed. There are too many shops that prey on those that don’t know better and DT obviously isn’t one of them. We’ll be doing all future business with Discount Tire.

Great tire selection. Professional install and alignment. Excellent communication with staff. Was a busy day, lots of customers, and staff was handling their workload smoothly with precision. Highly recommend this store.
