Easy to place an order for a set of tires and installation on-line. Spoke to John and he helped me get my vehicle in to get the tires installed sooner than my appointment. This helped with the incoming inclement weather that was approaching that evening as I needed new tires. I am glad I shopped for tires at Discount Tire.

I’ve never been to a better tire store. They’re always right on it:,Other than a bit of a wait to have tire pressure checked. And then only because they were very busy. They’re great!

One of my vehicles tires was loosing air quickly. I took said vehicle to a tire store I'v delt with in the past. I asaumed there was something in the tire because the other tires were not loosing air as rapidly. The salesperson came out, looked at the tires. He showed me cracking around to wheel, and made a offer for a new set. I did not purchus at that time. I went home looked up my tire brand to see if there was a possible warranty. I saw a possiblity and took the vehicle to Discouny Tire. The y did infact have a warrenty which I used to purch a new seet of tires. Very plesed.

Excellent experience, just be sure to let the front counter folks know what is important to you do they note whatever it is in your file. I was getting new tires installed on new wheels, and new TPMS sensors. The wheels are easy to damage and hard to replace, but Jacob and the shop team on my install took every precaution to ensure no issues, even protecting parts of the wheels that will never be seen. OEM TPMS sensors were in stock and installed and programmed perfectly. I drove away happy with zero issues, perfect install. Thanks Jacob AND install team!

Extremely good customer service comfortable waiting Area. And my tire had a screw in it and it was flat but the tires only have 11,000 miles because the car is new, I have never purchased anything from Discount but there was no charge for fixing the tire and putting it back on the car. Thank you for fantastic service

I have NEVER received such stellar, kind and caring customer service! The staff provide "knock your socks off" kind of customer service! I was previously a 20 customer of a different tire location and I was treated horribly the day we had a flat. I will never go back there. I was told by Discount Tire that they would "take care of me" even if it meant staying past closing time. Discount Tire has my loyalty now. Hats off to the hiring manager and the wonderful team they have established.
