I initially went for a rotation and balance service, but the assistant manager told me they could not move forward with the service until I got new tires because I was told my tires were in a dangerous condition. However, when I felt something wasn’t right with this situation, I called my father (a car salesman and expert) and he told me all the reasons why that wasn’t the case and that the assistant manager was trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a young, single female. When my father talked to the assistant store manager on the phone, the assistant manager told my dad that he “wouldn’t put his daughter in a dangerous circumstance like that”, obviously trying to manipulative his emotions. When my father told him he knew what he was talking about and that we wanted to move forward with the rotation and balance, the assistant manager eventually rolled his eyes and gave me phone back, saying that he wasn’t going to talk to my father any more. They moved forward with the rotation and balance, but the assistant manager didn’t speak to me for the rest of my time there. I noticed his demeanor changed from being friendly and engaging at the beginning to sour and wanting nothing to do with me, which made me feel like he was putting on an act to get me to trust him. A younger gentleman helped me check out and he was very kind. He told me my service was free of charge, which I appreciated. That being said, I would not recommend this place due to my overall negative experience. If my father wasn’t in the car industry, I would’ve likely spent hundreds of dollars on tires because I trusted the assistant manager’s knowledge and believed he had my best interest at heart. But it was apparent quickly after being called out that this assistant manager and this institution was just trying to extort money out of me.
