Through their knowledge, expertise, and customer loyalty, they have made things right each time I have purchased from the store. In the past year, I have purchased 3 brand new sets of tires (sedan, Yukon XL, 3/4 ton pickup). I have also had the tire pressure monitor sensors replaced on the Yukon XL and the 3/4 ton pickup. Each experience was completed quickly (I waited) and without hassle.

I want to thank all three people that helped me at the SouthHaven store. Jack -sales associate, Christian- another sales associate, and Brady My tire technician were all three very kind, courteous professional, and answered all of my questions and explained everything very well to me. Brady did an outstanding job, installing my tires and rims and even though I live about one hour 45 minutes away, I will still plan on using Discount Tire in Southhaven in my future needs for tires and rims. They made that much of an impression on me and their jobs outstanding! Thank you, Jack, Brady and Christian , that’s how it’s done!

The Discount tire on Goodman Rd in Southaven MS did an excellent job of getting me in and out fast. They noticed I was disabled and that really helped me. Aside from this experience I’d like to share that when I bought these tires the lowest price I found was at Sam’s club. But Discount tire beat that price by $60/ tire. Can’t beat the price, quality and service !

Never had a bad experience in my 8+ years of using it exclusively for my tire needs.

I know this is a very busy store, you have 2 handicapped parking spots, Not at all happy that the last 2 times these spots taken up by cars that have no sticker or handicapped plate. I just had hip surgery and also have a handicapped sticker, someone in management needs to police this. I have purchased tires for years from Discount, Michigan, Florida, Mississippi if people are so stupid that take up these spots they need to be reported in this case Southaven Police. I had to park in the far end of the lot and walk to service area. I know parking is a problem at this location because it is so busy , but the law is the law and are to be used for handicapped. The next time and there will be a next time I visit the store, I will seek out the manager to see they are moved. JM Hernando, MS

From start to finish an excellent experience. I called to see if they could accommodate a last minute tire order and they knocked it out of the park. Andrew did an excellent job keeping me informed and getting me through the process. I got 4 tires installed in less than an hour on a last minute order. You can’t get that anywhere else these days. The install technician did an excellent job as well no damage and everything looked in order and clean. I would highly recommend this location going forward.

The employees there are very professional and efficient. I had 4 tires put on in under 45 minutes. The service advisor was great. I’m not good at remembering names. Most other places that I’ve been try to con you in to buying extra stuff that you don’t need. Here, the service advisor offered to replace my windshield wipers. I politely declined. He asked me questions to determine the best tires for my driving needs, then he gave me some options to choose from. I think the price paid for tires and service was reasonable. I’m happy about my first experience at discount tire, and I will continue to go there for my tire needs.

This was our first time visiting a Discount Tires store. We was taking care of by Christian he was excellent. First experience are always the key for me and he showed it with his knowledge and friendliness. So if anyone need tires are whatever else they have check them and you want be disappointed.

Nick and staff are always friendly and helpful each time I need assistance with my tires. The Southaven location is my go-to spot for tire care.

If you need tires, go here. All employees are great, but Nic is the best! If it’s busy and you have to wait a bit, it’s for a reason. No better or more reasonable place to get tires in the area.

This store have sold me tires for the past four years for all three of my vehicles. My recent tire purchase and installations was scheduled online, and I was out of the store within an hour after my appointment time.

Jackson was amazing, his customer service is impeccable. He got me in and out before my quoted time. I loved the cleanliness of the store and the music of choice which was so refreshing! I’m definitely going back for all of my vehicles tire needs!

Tyler absolutely saved me! I ordered the wrong size tires on Tire Rack and needed them installed right away because I’m moving soon, so Tyler tracked down similar tires in town and had them delivered in less than 2 hours. He even called tire rack to figure out a refund for me. This was on a busy Saturday morning at this location and it seems like one of the online systems was down, but Tyler never made me feel like I was an inconvenience (even though I’m sure I was!). I genuinely cannot thank Tyler enough!

t The entire staff is very helpful and knowledgable. They are efficient and if you make an appointment online, your wait time is reduced. I had a 2:30PM appointment, arrived about 15 minutes early and was out by 2:50PM. Highly recommend.

Well the customer service was great as well as the time it took to get to me . There was only one complaint that being the air Guage on 2 of my tiers are missing and they were noticed after I got home, other than that I am satisfied
