overall a very good experience at D.T. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. I refer friends to D.T. stores. I was a bit confused when I came in for a 4 wheel alignment and was told they could not do one on my car so I received a 2 wheel alignment. To my surprise I was charged the same as the 4 wheel alignment. I guess I didn't understand the reasoning for this...But to be clear, I love the prices and service and will continue to be a loyal D.T. customer for years to come.

The stores should stock more odd size tires i.e 17 for models like Land Rovers

You can't beat Discount Tire. They fix my flats, they rotate and balance, they do it when I wish by appointment. This service really adds value, and enhances my family's safety in our vehicles. They know what they are doing, and they back it up. I have gone through several sets of tires here - on company vehicles as well as personal. Tires are the only thing between us and the highway. I use the best, and Discount Tire is the best - hands down. Professional service with good value add is rare these days. I'm a delighted customer.

Quick tire repair

Have several reasons to be greatly annoyed with service in the beginning however, the sales clerk and manager made it right in the end. I will say this, there should be less reliance on automated systems. We humans do things better and with a personal touch an automated system can not. Computers can not, do not see nor handle unexpected events. I was in and out in good time and left with the tires I wanted. Thank you to Derreck and sales rep I was a tad rude with who may or may not completely deserved.
