I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for 20 years and find each visit to always be as good or better than the past visit. There is never any sales pressure and all employees act as a real agent for the customer. They listen even when, at my age of 83, I may not have all the facts in order but when they are done, I have received exactly what I came to them for and at an affordable price. Thank you.

I ordered a set of 4 tires online that were in stock at about 11am then scheduled the installation appointment for that same day at 3:15. Got stuck in a little bit of traffic and got there at about 3:22 and an associate came out and met me before I had a chance to walk inside and asked what I was having done today. I brought my work laptop fully expecting to be sitting for an hour or maybe even 2 as it was a Friday and they were fairly busy. The technician doing the work on my car came out and introduced himself as I was getting ready to boot up my laptop and said he would be taking care of me that day and he should have me all set and good to go in about 45 min or so. I swear I barely got to answer but a few emails and he was back out telling me that he had me all taken care of and to have a nice day and that he/they would see me back in about 5000 miles for the free rotation. Fastest and easiest tire change/install I have ever had and I got I think a $60 discount for ordering online which was a special at the time.

Knowledgeable about wheels and tires. Fast tire rotation and wheel balancing service. It’s on my way to work.

Was greeted right away, had called Earlier and spoke to Zack. Found tires I had researched, took car right in. Told me Wipers needed to be replaced and made suggestion, took advantage, quick in and out car rifles Smooth again.
