Bought my tires and set an appointment online. When I walked into the Denver, NC store the service rep indicated “I’ll bet you’re here for us to put your Mitchell tires on your GMC”. He had been watching when I pulled into the parking lot. The service just kept getting better from there. They told me how long it would take and kept me informed every step of the way. I also noticed that when other customers would pull into the parking lot, a service rep would go out and meet them if possible. Crazy service! And yes, my Michelins very expensive but Discount Tire had the best price.

I’ve been going to Discount Tire for years & wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re friendly, knowledgeable & reasonable.

O bought tires here a few months ago. My wife went to get the tire checked for air, they were very quick to fix and patch the tire. She came home and said don't buy tires anywhere else bc eaveryone was so nice and quick to fix the tire

Always very courteous and professional. Representative makes suggestions and recommendations but no pressure to follow the recommendations. This is why I will always return to Discount Tire.

I paid for my tires (absolutely best price locally) and booked the installation online. The tires came in early. Discount Tire called and emailed to tell me the tires were in. They also said I could come in that day if I didn’t want to wait the three days until my scheduled appointment. I went to the store where I was greeted in the parking lot by a great guy. He took my keys and said it would be about an hour to mount the tires. 50 minutes later I was driving home! I will never buy tires anywhere else.

I was very impressed that when they did not have one of the tires i ordered, that they upgraded my order in order to keep me on schedule.

I have been going to this store for years. I won’t buy tires anywhere else. The customer service is excellent. Every employee is knowledgeable and helpful, both with questions and service after the sale.
