We had a blowout on one of our tires on our Toyota Sienna and discount tire was able to see us last minute and actually replace all 4 tires on our vehicle after deciding they needed it. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind and reassuring of getting us out of there on time for the event we were in town for. We had driven 2 1/2 hours from home and had this emergency with needing a tire. So thankful for the service we received, and at the cost we paid. Would definitely recommend them!!

Make sure you ask for a manager when dealing with a warranty/replacement but get the right one! Sean was the initial guy who helped me but was not very helpful the more we talked. Basically called me a liar when he couldn't locate my previous tire rotations in their system. A different location did the rotation and logged it under an old vehicle in their computer system. I had to call the other store to find that out, sean didn't bother. After the aggravation of having to leave and come back to get my tires replaced i spoke to a different manager, Brandon who was much more helpful. I'm not very happy that this store doesn't keep more name brand tires and styles and sizes in stock.
