Very disappointed with management and service my tire was not even ready for pick up like manager said over the phone before I heard there and tire was left there the day before at 9:00 am and the following morning I had on a second tire the valve stem break off from the inside of the rim there must be a batch of defective valve stems since they were mounted by the same store with the new tire that was installed then. Management said that that’s normal to happen. In all my previous experience never seen that happen. I can see one but not one after another. Something to look out for.
