New Tires and Wheel Store in Omaha, NE 68116

From the gentleman checked my car in to the technician who swapped my winter tires and handed me the key. The whole process was smooth and efficient as always. Wouldn't wanted any other way.

This store has become irreplaceable for me over the years, always displayed high integrate throughout. Never experienced over sell or over promise, always delivered on what's agreed upon and exceeded expectations every time. It'll be hard to switch a tire shop in the future.

My wife and I were in for tire rotation. The service and wait time were great. Late that evening, I realized that my wallet was missing. Since the store was the only place we’d been that day, I was concerned that I had probably dropped it there. Next morning, my wife received a call from Steven at the store. He’d found my wallet when he opened up that morning, and had been trying to call my phone number since it was already on file (we’ve been customers for several years). Unfortunately, I hadn’t updated the account to remove our old land line #. Recovered the wallet without further incident - but a big “THANK YOU” to Discount Tire and particularly, STEVEN!

I’ve never had a bad experience at discount tire. The employees are so kind and answer all of my questions. I love that they are kind to my kids while we wait for our tires. They are accurate in their time estimates and have always been so helpful with tire checks. I was researching other places for tires but I can’t find another company that treats customers so well. I won’t be using another company!

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff! Very patient with me and genuine in their concern to answer all of my questions I never felt rushed while I made a decision about new tires. Always my first choice for help with my tires!

Quick and easy. The store was extremely busy but I was still in and out in a reasonable time. I was surprised by their professionalism, even though they close at 6 they were willing to stay late and help several customers. You don’t experience that very often anymore.
