New Tires and Wheel Store in Henderson, NV 89014

Very professional.

Store was neat and clean. Didn’t wait long by making an appointment and buying online. Don’t recommend the tire certificates, they won’t honor them based on past experiences at multiple stores.

It was good, the only thing is that there were stolen my three Credit cards and my debit Card while my car was parked in front of the reception hall. After the Job was done. I do no know who sale them.

I came in not knowing how anything worked, but Brian was a great help! I told him I needed my front two tires replaced because I got a flat the previous night, and Brian told me I should probably get all four tires replaced. I let him know I could only afford the two tires, but he insisted I get all four replaced and he showed me with their device that the traction on my tires were bad. With that said, he offered me payment plans and different ways of getting the tires without having the money, but I declined because I chose to get the other two tires replaced at another time, which Brian helped me to get an appointment for. He was very thorough in his explanations and incredibly patient with me! (Note: I’ve never came to a mechanic shop, let alone a tire shop because I’ve heard teenage girls get ripped off since they don’t know cars well LOL) Regardless, I would totally recommend coming to this location!
