I had to wait and watched walk ins get out before me. I had an appointment but the tire was going flat so went in early and told they can’t cancel my appointment. So I sat there with my girls for over 2 hours. Also was sent a survey saying my car was done even before it was. How did I get that at 8:32am before my car was even in the shop bay?

My store is the Craig Rd location and if I have a tire problem, I hit the closest location and all are consistent in manner of service Keep doing what you guys are doing and stay economical friendly I wish you guys were a full auto repair shop but I get it.

The customer service is excellent at discount tires. The staff takes time with the customer and checks out your vehicle with you and explain what they are doing and tells you exactly what they think the car or tires need or doesn't need. I'm always confident I will get the right help at discount and it never takes a long time.

Kui at the West Craig store was very helpful and accommodating. I called ahead about mounting a spare tire as a walk-in versus making an appointment. I told him lived closeby and he said I could just come in. Kui said it'd be about 45min, as there were other people ahead of me, but I was done in a little over 30min. I've been a Discount Tire customer for many years and will continue to be one in the future.
