Great Experience. Only took one hour and fifteen minutes including tire delivery. Amazing.

Highly impressed with this store. I'm made an online purchase and was met in parking lot as soon as I got out of car. Car was immediately put in stall and was in and out about 15 minutes for a full set of tires. I was shocked how fast the service was. Most places takes an hour plus. Will be scheduling online again. Also this store has the hard to find tires I was looking for. I drove 120 miles to this store and was blown away! Thanks guys!

It is not an exaggeration to say that Discount Tire is among the best companies in America. Their commitment to excellent customer service is immediately apparent. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time before they got my car in. When they finally brought my car to me saying it was ready, I looked at my tire and the nail was still in it!! They didn’t even fix it!! I had to wait another 20 minutes before they could get my car back in and another 30 minutes to fix it. By FAR, the MOST incompetent tire shop on the planet!!!!

I was treated completely different at the store in Broken Arrow compared to the store in Owasso and will not use Broken Arrow's going forward. I had a vehicle with a damaged aluminum wheel and needed the tire taken off so it could be repaired. I took it to the Owasso location where I was charged an unmounting fee, which was reasonable and was told I would also have to pay to have it remounted but since I purchased the tire from them it would not cost me to have it rebalance since I bought that protection. I did this twice since the first time the wheel was not repaired correctly. After receiving a new/used identical wheel I took it to the Broken Arrow store to be mounted as it was close to my work. I dropped it off without issue but when I went to pick it up I was charged more than double what I was charged a couple of days earlier. I asked the salesperson why and explained that I had only paid previously for the mounting he told me that the other store didn't charge me correctly and that I owed for the rebalancing as well.

Scratched all 4 of my wheels on a new pickup eben after I had them take pictures of the wheels before. Now they just Wana have a curb rash guy repair brand new wheels.

Great employees and service every time and that’s been over 20 years. Never a bad experience in Texas or Oklahoma. I love Discount Tires.
