I bought 4 new tires on the website. The employee who waited on me was very honest and told me I did not need them and processed a refund! I had my existing tires rotated and balanced. My only issue was I don't think the TPMS was calibrated afterward, as it went off the next morning as I was leaving town. I handled it and am grateful to have saved the potential tire purchase money. I'll definitely be back when I DO need tires!
