Super fast and efficient!

This was a great experience. From buying the tires and setting the appointment online, to the service and knowledge of the staff, I was pleased with every step of the process. They were very helpful in showing me some issues that I needed to know about and the options to handle it. They were also not overbearing when I declined until later. The service was quick and easy, and I was home at least an hour before I expected. I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone needing tires or service.

Fast and friendly service, and they were very knowledgeable about their tires. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I’ve visited other tire shops in the area and Discount Tire is the best by far. The service is what makes it great.

Super quick and painless, and got good customer service on New Year’s Eve close to close to closing time. Assuming the certification process goes smoothly should anything happen to the tires, I’ll absolutely be buying any new tires from them. And I have no doubts they will from past experiences with loved ones’ tires.

Always a great experience. Always courteous and helpful. Would never go anywhere else!

Discount Tire sells good tires, but you’ll be treated like a number. Employees are so brusque as to be almost discourteous. I spent $900 on tires but couldn’t get a straight answer about checking the rims or alignment. Employees simply didn’t care about my questions. Why? I was courteous - friendly, even. I won’t be back.

I am satisfied with the Discount Tire store services.
